If you do not have a USask email address (nsid@mail.usask.ca), you can still use your personal email address to order transcripts. Please visit this knowledge base article
Ordering Transcripts from MyCreds.ca: Update Primary Email Address in My Profile

In the Personal Emails section, click Edit.
Under the Home category, click New Email.
In the Others box, type in your personal email address (i.e. a non @usask.ca address) and click Make Primary.
Click Save Changes.
