If you see a “USask email” card, you have an active USask email address and will receive emails from MyCreds to that email.
Learn how to access your USask email

Go back to the My Records channel and submit your request.
In the Personal Emails section, click
Edit
.
Under the Home category, click
New Email
.
In the Others box, type in your personal email address (i.e. a non @usask.ca address) and click
Make Primary
.
Click
Save Changes
