Ordering Transcripts: Update Primary Email Address in My Profile

Step-by-step

  1. Log into My Profile using your NSID and password. If you are unable to log in, refer to the article How to recover my NSID password for help. 
  2. From the left hand menu, scroll down to the Email section.
  3. Click on Personal Emails
  4. Confirm that your residential Address listed is an active personal email address (do not use @usask.ca)
    If you do not have one listed:
    1. Click Create Contact.
    2. Under Address Type, click the drop down menu.
    3. Choose whether this is a work or home email address. 
    4. Under Email Address field, enter your email address.
    5. Click Save Changes
  5. Click on the Make Primary link in the address you want as the primary address.
  6. Return to the My Records channel in PAWS and submit your request.
  7. When prompted for an email address to associate with MyCreds, Choose the Personal Email.  A submission now will update MyCreds.ca records with your new email.
