- The IT Support desk is located on the first floor of the Murray Learning Commons. It is highlighted in yellow on the map below.
- Support hours are:
- Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM to 9:00 PM
Note: Between May and the End of August, Murray Library closes at 6PM so remote support is only provided after 5PM.

PLEASE NOTE The Murray Library Library will be closed from July 10 - 15th due to renovations.
During this time, the in-person IT Support Desk will be relocated to a desk in the Leslie and Irene Dubé Health Sciences Library (a.k.a. Health Sciences Learning Commons) across from the circulation desk:

- Saturdays and Sundays: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
