This article is intended to provide graduate students and faculty with guidance on how to access and submit reference forms via the CGPS Awards HUB.
When applying for awards in the CGPS Awards HUB, some applications require reference letters. After applicants submit their references’ contact information, an automated email is sent to each reference with a link to the reference portal. This article provides instructions for references to complete the process.
Please note that references who are not current USask faculty cannot access this KB article. Students may choose to share these instructions by sending a screenshot of the article or copying and pasting the instructions into an email for the reference.

Accessing the Reference Portal
References access the reference portal through the link provided in the email sent by CGPS Awards Hub.

Completing the Questionnaire
References must complete the designated reference questionnaire. Responses may be saved temporarily and returned to later, if needed.
Depending on the opportunity, references may be asked to upload a letter of support on official letterhead with a signature.

Submission
Once all required questions are completed, the references submit the form to finalize the reference request.
