Library Access: St. Thomas More (STM) Emeriti

Step-by-step

The request for USask Library access for any STM emeriti must come to the Library from the VP, Faculty Relations Office.

The STM President writes a letter of support for the STM emeritus individual. The letter is sent to the Office of the Vice-Provost, Faculty Relations, USask. If the Office of the Vice-Provost, Faculty Relations approves the request, they will forward the request to the USask Library. Specifically, the reply goes to the Systems Analyst, currently Jennifer Murray.

  1. STM President must submit a letter of support for the STM emeritus to the Office of the Vice-Provost, Faculty Relations, USask.
  2. If the Office of the Vice-Provost, Faculty Relations approves the request, they will contact the library to let them know the emeritus status is approved for the STM emeritus.
  3. The USask Library will, at this time, update the STM emeritus' USask Library access.

The USask Library cannot provide any STM emeritus with USask emeritus library privileges without approval from VP, Faculty Relations Office.
