Replace a Lost or Damaged Library Card

USask students, faculty, and staff 


If you lose your USask ID card, contact the library so that it can be marked as lost in your library account, which would prevent someone else from using it to borrow books. To replace the card, contact the Shop USask bookstore.

 

Anyone else (external borrowers and affiliates) with a USask Library card 


If you lose your library-issued card, report it to the library immediately so that it can be marked as lost in your library account, which would prevent someone else from using it to borrow books. To replace lost or damaged library-issued cards, visit any Library Services desk during hours of operation.
