Replace a Lost or Damaged Library Card

USask students, faculty, and staff 

If you lose your USask ID card, report it to the library immediately so that your card can be deactivated to prevent someone else from using it. To replace the card, contact the Shop USask bookstore.

Anyone else (external borrowers and affiliates) with a USask Library card 

If you lose your library-issued card, report it to the library immediately so that your card can be deactivated to prevent someone else from using it. To replace lost or damaged library-issued cards, visit any Library Services desk during hours of operation.
