Other ways to contact IT Support include:

  1. Call: 306-966-2222 or 1-800-966-4817 toll-free within Canada.
    • Will allow you to leave a voice mail.  An escalated ticket, that can be addressed quickly, will be created for you.

    • The tickets created by voice mail on weekends and after hours are monitored for emergencies.​​​​

  2. Stop by the IT Support Desk on the First Floor of the Murray Library where we have support specialists available to assist you face-to-face.

Critical Classroom Support

Intended Usage:

  • Reporting technical issues encountered while teaching a class - regardless if you are teaching remotely or from classrooms on campus.
  • Reporting Zoom related issues that impact the teaching experience.
  • The Dental Clinic is also permitted to use this line to report urgent issues when patients may be impacted.
