Support Hours
In-Person walk up support is available most days at the following location:
Murray Library IT Support Desk hours are:

Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM to 9:00 PM (September through until end of April).

Monday to Friday 9:30AM to 5:00PM (May through till end of August); Remote support only from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

Saturday and Sunday: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Please Note: Support is not provided on statutory holidays, nor days when the university is officially closed.
Note: If you are a staff or faculty member using a managed device and require support, please submit a ticket first. An IT agent will contact you, and if needed, will arrange a convenient time for you to drop off and pick up your device at the closest IT hub.
Please note, IT agents at the Murray Library do not accept devices for repair or perform on-site service.

- Call: 306-966-2222 or 1-800-966-4817 toll-free within Canada.

Will allow you to leave a voice mail. An escalated ticket that can be addressed quickly will be created for you.

The tickets created by voice mail on weekends and after hours are monitored for emergencies.
- Stop by the IT Support Desk on the First Floor of the Murray Library where we have support specialists available to assist you face-to-face.

Critical Classroom Support
Use When:
- Reporting technical issues encountered while teaching a class (regardless of whether you are teaching remotely or from a USask classroom).
- Reporting Zoom related issues that impact the teaching experience.
- The Dental Clinic is also permitted to use this line to report urgent issues when patients may be impacted.
