How do I reset my proxy access password?

This content applies to those with proxy access.

Step-by-Step

  1. Go to this page: https://banner.usask.ca/StudentSelfService/login/auth.

  2. To reset your password, enter your username (which is your email address you used to originally set up your Proxy Access) and select “Forgot Password”.
  3. Go to your email inbox, there should be two emails from Proxy Support.
  4. Open the "USask password rest confirmation" email, which includes your temporary password.
  5. Copy the password.
  6. Open the "USask proxy password reset request" email and click on the link in the email.
  7. On the page that opens, paste in your temporary password (from the "USask password reset confirmation" email) and select "Submit".
  8. On the next page:
    1. enter your email address (username),
    2. enter your initial password (the temporary password from the "USask password rest confirmation" email),
    3. enter your new password, 
    4. enter your new password again, and
    5. select "Submit"
  9. On the page that opens, enter your username (email address) and new password, then select "Sign in".
