Step-by-Step

Go to this page: https://banner.usask.ca/StudentSelfService/login/auth.
- To reset your password, enter your username (which is your email address you used to originally set up your Proxy Access) and select “Forgot Password”.
- Go to your email inbox, there should be two emails from Proxy Support.
- Open the "USask password rest confirmation" email, which includes your temporary password.
- Copy the password.
- Open the "USask proxy password reset request" email and click on the link in the email.
- On the page that opens, paste in your temporary password (from the "USask password reset confirmation" email) and select "Submit".
- On the next page:
- enter your email address (username),
- enter your initial password (the temporary password from the "USask password rest confirmation" email),
- enter your new password,
- enter your new password again, and
- select "Submit"
- On the page that opens, enter your username (email address) and new password, then select "Sign in".
