  • As of July 1st we will be suspending all donations while we prepare our collection to be moved to our new location. Urgent cases can be discussed, and we’ll be happy to follow up when normal operations resume. 
  • As of September 1st there will be a full suspension of reference services and closure of the reading room. We may be able to assist with research guidance and copies of previously digitized material.

  • indicating the purpose of your research
  • clearly stating what information you are seeking (as available, provide call numbers, titles, authors, dates, complete names of individuals, places, organizations, institutions)
  • indicating which archival sources you have already checked
  • letting us know if you have had previous correspondence with UASC relevant to this enquiry
  • asking specific questions
