Service Overview
Please note the following service disruptions while we prepare our collection to move to our new location. Estimated opening date of Spring/Summer 2026.
- As of July 1st we will be suspending all donations while we prepare our collection to be moved to our new location. Urgent cases can be discussed, and we’ll be happy to follow up when normal operations resume.
- As of September 1st there will be a full suspension of reference services and closure of the reading room. We may be able to assist with research guidance and copies of previously digitized material.
Please use this form to:
- Ask questions about our archival materials, books, digital projects, exhibits, etc.
- Book an appointment to view our material.
- Appointments are preferred, especially for archival materials. When we have a chance to discuss your research goals prior to your visit we can pull materials and have them ready for your arrival. Some materials are stored offsite and take extra time to retrieve and to prepare for your visit.
- Request reproductions.
- Inquire about donations or university records transfers.
- Request advice about university records management.
- Request an ISBN for a University of Saskatchewan publication.
Please click the "Contact UASC" green button to submit your service request.
For authorized USask staff who are requesting administration files, please use the
Semi-Active Records Retrieval form. If you use the general contact form you will be instructed to resubmit your request through the appropriate form.
