Service Overview
Distance and Distributed Library Services (DDLS) are available at no charge to all USask students, medical residents, current and emeriti faculty, staff and some affiliated faculty located in Canada. We will mail library materials to registered DDLS users at any address within Canada other than locations on the main USask campus in Saskatoon.
Use the Contact DDLS button to send us questions and/or comments. Use the Request DDLS services button to register to have library materials mailed directly to your door.
The DDLS page on the library’s website has more details on how to request items, receive and return books, and other options available to distance borrowers.
To request and receive mailed materials from the library, all DDLS users must register using their current shipping address. If your address changes while you are a registered DDLS user, fill out the registration form again to update your mailing address.
Medical residents and health sciences students doing rotations and practicums away from their usual address (but within Canada) are welcome to register.
