Service Overview
Most academic, public, corporate and government libraries are welcome to borrow materials from our library using interlibrary loan.
See our website for more detailed information about USask's ILL service.
Libraries NOT using WorldShare or Docline
Register your library with us, and we will then provide you with access to a form for placing ILL requests.
Instructions for requesting ILL services if your library does not have WorldShare or Docline
- Complete the USask ILL Off-System Library Registration form by clicking on the Register for ILL button.
- Wait for password activation email (check your junk folder as well). It will come from notices@e2.worldcat.org.
- Once your password activation email is received, your library can begin using the ILL Off-System Request form by clicking on the Off-System Request button.
NOTE: Only one account can be created per library.
Service charges for libraries not using WorldShare or Docline
- Canadian libraries: no charge
- US/International libraries: we accept IFLA vouchers only
- Loans: 3.5 IFLA vouchers, included with returns
- Copies: 2 IFLA vouchers, to be mailed once the request is filled
