This article is intended to provide graduate students applying for awards via the CGPS Awards HUB with a guide to submitting references.
Part of the application process often requires a reference from referees. This guide explains the process for applicants.
For Applicants:

Selecting References
Applicants enter the names and email addresses of individuals who will serve as references in the CGPS Awards HUB.

Reference Request
Once the applicant enters the names and email addresses of the referees, CGPS Awards Hub automatically sends an email notification to the selected references with instructions on how to complete the reference.
Please note: The reference form does not include details about the opportunity. It is the applicant's responsibility to provide any relevant information about the scholarship or opportunity to their references before sending the reference request.
- Using Existing References
Applicants may reuse the same reference across multiple opportunities by selecting an existing reference from the drop-down menu within the application.
