TeamDynamix: Navigate the USask Help & Services Knowledge Base

Step-by-step

  1. Go to the USask Help and Services Portal.
     
  2. You may be prompted to log in and authenticate.
     
  3. Check that you are signed-in by looking for your name in the top right hand corner of your browser window. Without signing in, you may miss important resources that are only available to authenticated users.
     
  4. From the home page, click on Knowledge Base
     
  5. You can search in two ways:
    1. Browse by Category: If you're unsure what to search for, use the categories to browse articles by topic.
    2. Search Bar: Enter keywords related to your question or issue. Press enter or click the Search icon to view relevant articles. 
       
  6. Review the search results and click on an article title that best matches your query to view the full content.
     
  7. Check the Related Articles or Related Services sections on the side of the page for additional resources.
     
  8. If you need more help, many articles contain a Request Service button that routes directly to a related service request.
