TeamDynamix: Favorite a Knowledge Base Article or Service

Step-by-step

  1. Go to the USask Help and Services Portal.
     
  2. You may be prompted to log in and authenticate.
     
  3. Confirm that you are signed-in by looking for your name in the top right hand corner of your browser window. Without signing in, you may miss important resources that are only available to authenticated users.
     
  4. From the home page, click Services or Knowledge Base.
     
  5. Browse through the categories and select the service or article you are interested in.
     
  6. To save time in the future, add frequently used articles and services to your Favorites.

     
  7. Access your saved items anytime under the My Favorites tab.
