- Go to the USask Help and Services Portal.
- You may be promoted to log in and authenticate.
- Check that you are signed-in by looking for your name in the top right hand corner of your browser tab. Without signing in, you may miss important resources that are only available to authenticated users.
The homepage has three primary buttons:
- New to to our Portal - gain insights into the features of our portal
- Explore our Knowledge Base - explore our instructional articles and self-service solutions
- View Service Catalog - view our service catalog to find a specific service and initiate a service request
The Knowledge Base and Service Catalog can also be accessed from the green tab at the top of the page.
Under the Services tab, select Ticket Requests to check the status of your tickets.
From the homepage, you can also use the search bars to do a search across all service offerings and knowledge based articles available in our portal.
