Submit a Request
- Go to the USask Help and Services Portal.
- You may be prompted to log in and authenticate.
- Confirm that you are signed-in by looking for your name in the top right hand corner of your browser window. Without signing in, you may miss important resources that are only available to authenticated users.
- From the home page, click Services.
- Browse the categories or use the search bar to find a specific service.

- Select the service that corresponds to your request.
- Review the service overview to make sure it meets your needs, then click the Request button to proceed.
- Complete the form and click Submit.
View Your Request
- From the portal home page, click Services.
- Select Ticket Requests to view your submitted tickets.

- Locate Your Ticket:
- Use filters or the search bar to locate your ticket.
- The default view shows:
- Tickets you created or are listed as a contact or the requestor.
- Tickets that are in a New, In Process or On Hold status.
- To view Completed or Cancelled tickets, adjust the Status Class filter.
- View Ticket Details:
- Click on the ticket title to view details, including:
- Current status
- Recent updates and comments
- Check for Updates:
- Review the comments and activity for the latest information on your ticket's progress.
You can also access your ticket directly from your email by clicking the ticket link (e.g., Ticket #123456). This will open the ticket in the portal.
