TeamDynamix: Submit and Track Your Ticket Requests

Submit a Request


  1. Go to the USask Help and Services Portal.
     
  2. You may be prompted to log in and authenticate.
     
  3. Confirm that you are signed-in by looking for your name in the top right hand corner of your browser window. Without signing in, you may miss important resources that are only available to authenticated users.
     
  4. From the home page, click Services. 
     
  5. Browse the categories or use the search bar to find a specific service.

     
  6. Select the service that corresponds to your request.
     
  7. Review the service overview to make sure it meets your needs, then click the Request button to proceed.
     
  8. Complete the form and click Submit.

 

View Your Request


  1. From the portal home page, click Services.
     
  2. Select Ticket Requests to view your submitted tickets.

     
  3. Locate Your Ticket:
    • Use filters or the search bar to locate your ticket.
    • The default view shows:
      • Tickets you created or are listed as a contact or the requestor.
      • Tickets that are in a New, In Process or On Hold status.
      • To view Completed or Cancelled tickets, adjust the Status Class filter.
         
  4. View Ticket Details:
    • Click on the ticket title to view details, including:
      • Current status
      • Recent updates and comments
         
  5. Check for Updates:
    • Review the comments and activity for the latest information on your ticket's progress.
