Admissions: Removal of Conditions
During the application stage, supplemental items (copies of transcripts, degree certificate, Proof of English proficiency, etc.) must be submitted at the department level for consideration of admission. If offered admission, USask will require official confirmation of credentials. Official documents must be sent directly to CGPS and conditions will be removed upon verification. For more information about submitting documentation, visit the 'After you've applied' webpage.
Once transcripts have been sent to CGPS, they will be reviewed, processed, and associated holds will be removed as quickly as possible. No further steps are required.
How can I confirm the status of my submitted transcriptions and other official documents?
To review the status of your documents, log in to your application and review the status of supplemental items. Transcripts/documents will be marked as 'Received' once documents have been processed and verified.

In special cases, CGPS can verify hard copy official documents, but applicants must first prove that they have attempted to garner official documents from the original institution.
