Admissions: Removal of Conditions

Summary

This article outlines the process for graduate students to send official documents to CGPS to have conditions removed during the admission process.

Body

Admissions: Removal of Conditions

During the application stage, supplemental items (copies of transcripts, degree certificate, Proof of English proficiency, etc.) must be submitted at the department level for consideration of admission. If offered admission, USask will require official confirmation of credentials. Official documents must be sent directly to CGPS and conditions will be removed upon verification. For more information about submitting documentation, visit the 'After you've applied' webpage

Once transcripts have been sent to CGPS, they will be reviewed, processed, and associated holds will be removed as quickly as possible. No further steps are required.

How can I confirm the status of my submitted transcriptions and other official documents?

To review the status of your documents, log in to your application and review the status of supplemental items. Transcripts/documents will be marked as 'Received' once documents have been processed and verified.
