Ordering Transcripts from MyCreds.ca: Update Primary Email Address in My Profile

This article provides directions on how to change your primary email address in My Profile when you no longer have a USask email account. This will allow you to order transcripts from https://mycreds.ca.

Step-by-step

  1. Log into My Profile using your NSID and password. If you are unable to log in, refer to the article How to recover my NSID password for help. 
  2. From the left hand menu, scroll down to the Email section.
  3. Click on USask Email Aliases.
  4. If you see an active USask email address listed under the Primary Email Alias section:
    1. You will receive MyCreds emails at that address. 
    2. Return to the My Records channel in PAWS and submit your request. You can then access your USask email for communications.
  5. If there is no email listed under Primary Email Alias, click Personal Emails from the left hand menu.
  6. Click Create Contact.
  7. Under Address Type, click the drop down menu.
  8. Choose whether this is a work or home email address. 
  9. Under Email Address field, enter your email address.
  10. Click Save Changes
  11. Click on the Make Primary link in the address you want as the primary address.
