Access to Interlibrary Loan (ILL) and Scan Request: Login Issues

Alumni and external borrowers cannot log in to create or track ILL and scan requests. See these pages for information on submitting requests.

Below are some other reasons you are not able to log in to create or track an ILL or scan request.

  • Your library account has expired
  • Your library fines have reached $30 or more
  • You have an overdue book that has reached Billed status
  • You have a recalled book that is overdue

If you are unsure of the reason contact the Resource Sharing team and they may be able to diagnose the issue.
