Library access is not automatically activated upon graduation. To activate a new alumni library account, or to renew an expired alumni library account, contact the library directly. Your alumni library account must be renewed every five years.
If you already have an alumni card, it can be used as your library card and can be activated at any Library Services desk. If you do not have an alumni card, the library can provide you with a generic card.
Due to licensing terms, the University Library is not able to provide alumni with off-campus access to the same number of subscribed electronic databases and resources available to currently enrolled students. You will still be able to access most databases while you are in the library.
