If you need to reset your password on the student or conference portal, please use
this article.
- Go to the Family Portal Login page.

If you know your username, click “Forgot Password” on the left‑hand side of the page.
If you do not know your username, click “Forgot User Name” and enter your email address on the next page.

Enter your username and click “Continue.”

Click the link in your email to reset your password.

For security reasons, each password reset link expires after 30 minutes. If the link expires, please request a new one by following the steps above.

Technical Request Form and include your Group Number (for example, G001234), your last name, or the email address associated with your account.
