Service Overview
The Library’s Digital Skills Help can support USask students via email, appointment, or drop-in consultations during hours of operation. You can access tutoring in three ways:
- Ask us a question: click the green Submit Question button.
- Appointment (Zoom or in-person): click the green Book Appointment button.
- Drop in: located in Murray 134, consult the Digital Skills Help Centre hours of operation and come by and see us!
By proceeding with Digital Skills Help Centre services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms:
- Tutors are educators, not IT specialists; therefore, they cannot
- assist with problems related to hardware
- answer questions to do with passwords, IT security, or recovering lost files
- Your instructor's and supervisor's advice takes precedence over the tutor's advice, including what is deemed appropriate use of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) for coursework.
Please click the green "Submit Question" button to ask us your question, or click the green "Book Appointment" button to schedule time to work with a tutor.
