Service Overview
This service provides the public and graduate student groups with the ability to request a space booking on campus.
Note:
- If the space is locked contact Facility Support Services at 306-966-4496 during work hours or Protective Services at 306-966-5555 after hours or on weekends.
- Certain spaces are handled by different units on campus
- External requesters must obtain sponsorship by an academic, administrative or ratified student union to book space on campus. Details related to sponsor responsibilities are found in the University Space Management Framework
- Event cancellations or amendments
Bookings are not guaranteed on request. An acknowledgement email will be provided on submission. A confirmation email will be provided once space has been reserved. Please allow approximately two business days for processing.

Service Charges
The charges outlined below only cover rental fees for the spaces and are subject to applicable taxes.
Note: There may be additional charges for services requested (e.g. Custodial, etc.)
