Please use this form if: you are a student currently registered in the CGPS Interdisciplinary Studies Graduate Program, or are the supervisor of a student in the program, and if you have questions about degree requirements (course registration, progress reports, funding, INTD 990 events, doctoral candidacy assessments, defence scheduling, etc.) or have other general inquiries about your status, or your student's status, in the program. Please note that inquiries about applying to the Interdisciplinary program must be sent by email to interd.applications@usask.ca rather than to this form.
