Service Overview
The Library's Writing Centre can help USask students via email, appointment, or drop-in during hours of opening. You can access tutoring in three ways:
- Email: select the green Submit Your Work button.
- Appointment (Zoom or in-person): select the Book an Appointment with a Tutor button.
- Drop in: consult the Writing Centre hours of opening and location.
By proceeding with Writing Centre services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms:
- Tutors are educators, not editors or evaluators of student work; therefore, they cannot
- write, rewrite, edit, or proofread your work.
- guarantee specific grades or academic outcomes.
- You are responsible for the quality of your work.
- Your instructor's and supervisor's advice takes precedence over the tutor's advice.
- Tutors cannot help with take-home or comprehensive exams without written permission from your instructor or supervisor. Please have them email the Writing Centre with permission: writinghelp@usask.ca.
