Faculty & Staff should use https://paws.usask.ca/go/roombooking to request a space booking.
Provide the title of the event for which you are requesting space.
Provide your sponsor's name and department (if known).

External requestors must obtain sponsorship by an academic, administrative or ratified student union to book space on campus. Please review the University Space Management Framework and ensure you have a sponsor before submitting this request.

Note: Events are booked tight together therefore, please allow enough time for everyone to be out of the room by the time you request the event to end. Thank you.

Please ensure the University of Saskatchewan (address: 105 Administration Place, Saskatoon, SK, S7N 5A2) is listed as an “additional insured” in the minimum amount of $2,000,000 liability covering the date(s) of the event.
