Service Overview

After searching the library intranet for information, library employees can use this form to contact the Dean’s Office Clerical Team for inquiries regarding:

  • Library of Things borrowing
  • requesting nametags or business cards
  • assistance from the General Assistant
  • bookable spaces for employees (misuse, notice of reported equipment issues, etc.)
  • workstation assignments, furniture, ergonomic equipment, or computer hardware or peripherals (purchase, repurpose, and surplus)
  • appliances (repair or replacement of fridge/microwave, borrowing a fan/heater, etc.)
  • administrative processes
  • the library intranet, SharePoint Teams, or internal mailing lists
  • shipping by courier
  • obtaining keys or door and elevator fobs or confirming programmed access 
  • submitting employee headshot photos for the intranet
  • lockers for employees
  • when you don’t know who to ask
