Service Overview
Reference services resume as of September 9th , with a phased return to services. We appreciate your patience as we work to resume full operations. Due to reduced capacity, acceptance of archival collections from new donors is currently paused. Please feel free to contact us with questions about potential donations. University offices should continue to contact us about records transfers.
Please use this form to:
- Ask questions about our archival materials, books, digital projects, exhibits, etc.
- Book an appointment to view our material.
- Appointments are required to access archival material. This allows staff to retrieve material and make sure it is ready for your arrival.
If space in the reading room allows, walk-in visits can be accommodated for some quick reference material and for material from the Special Collections.
- Request reproductions.
- Inquire about donations or university records transfers.
- Request advice about university records management.
- Request an ISBN for a University of Saskatchewan publication.
Please click the "Contact UASC" green button to submit your service request.
For authorized USask staff who are requesting administration files, please use the
Semi-Active Records Retrieval form. If you use the general contact form you will be instructed to resubmit your request through the appropriate form.
