On May 16th. 2026, TeamDynamix will update to Version 12.2. Core functions, such as submitting tickets, checking ticket status, and accessing knowledge base articles will not be impacted by this change.
The 12.2 Update focuses the following areas
- Client Portal Updates:
- Refreshed and more modern look and feel, using concepts from the technician interface.
- Descriptive Client Portal URL's for end user facing pages.
- Existing links that are hosted on websites, PAWS channels, and within KB's will not be impacted by this change.
- Project Applications:
- Organizations can now define multiple project applications.
- Projects, Project Templates and Portfolio Planning standard applications will be accessible from the new Project application.
- Shared Dashboards:
- Introducing a new feature that will allow Work Management Users (TDNext) to share dashboards with each other directly from the dashboard settings page.
- This feature is permission based, and will be rolled out after launch.
- Customize Report Column Names
- When building a report, users will be able to customize the display name for columns by using the new Display Name field.
- Technician Accessibility Updates:
- Updates to the Technician Interface that will meet WCAG 2.1 AA Standard.
- Accessibility changes will be automatically applied.
