TeamDynamix : Assign tickets to Extended Learning

This article explains how to move tickets to the Extended Learning workspace in TeamDynamix for any tickets requesting support with Extended Learning courses in Canvas.

Step-by-step

 

  1. Click on Actions to access the drop down menu and then click on Move To Application

     
  2. Click on Tickets - Student Records & Scheduling.

     
  3. Change the Responsible group to TLSE - Continuing Ed & Events (Group).

     
  4. Change the Type to Academic Services / Extended learning technical support.

     
  5. Click on  at the top of the screen and the ticket will then be moved to the Extended Learning workspace in TeamDynamix.
