- Go to the USask Help and Services Portal.
- Sign-in and authenticate if prompted.
- Check that you are signed-in by looking for your name in the top right hand corner of your browser tab. Without signing in, you may miss important resources that are only available to authenticated users.
- Explore the portal:
- Click Knowledge Base to browse helpful articles and self-service guides.
- Click Services to find specific services and submit a service request.
- Not sure what you need? Use the Search bar to look through all available services and articles.
