Step-by-step

1. The in-scope postdoctoral scholar must obtain written approval from their supervisor to audit the course.

2. Once written approval has been obtained, the following information should be emailed to postdoctoral.studies@usask.ca:

  • Postdoctoral scholar full name
  • NSID or BID
  • Date of birth
  • Address
  • Email address
  • Citizenship
  • Course title and CRN
  • Confirmation that the course will be taken for audit purposes
  • Attachment containing supervisor's written approval

3. The Postdoctoral Coordinator will coordinate with the assigned CGPS Program Officer and Student Central to facilitate the postdoctoral scholar course registration for audit.

4. The Postdoctoral Coordinator will confirm the course registration and email the postdoctoral scholar with instructions to submit a Tuition Waiver Form as noted in their collective agreement.
