This article is intended for graduate administrators assisting graduate students and faculty with the process of submitting study permit verification request letters.
The College of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies (CGPS) and the International Student and Study Abroad Centre (ISSAC) have collaborated to develop two letter templates for units to use submitting study permit verification requests to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
These templates are two be used when contacted by IRCC or when requested by a student to provide confirmation to IRCC on their behalf.
