On November 8, TeamDynamix will be updated to version 12.1, introducing over thirty improvements. Not all changes will affect every user. Some of the scheduled changes for version 12.1 include:
- Dark mode for Agents:
- Agents can now enable a native dark mode via their profile settings.
- To enable this, toggle the setting on the My Profile>Settings>Edit page.
- Filter on dashboards for report builder:
- Reports embedded in dashboards can now be filtered directly within the dashboard interface.
- The "Prompt" column in report builder filters has been renamed to "Dashboard Filtering" in support of this feature.
- Private attachments:
- Agents can mark an attachment as private, controlling its visibility in the client portal.
- When viewing a ticket, agents can toggle whether an attachment is visible in the client portal using the Private check box.
- Real-time calculations of ticket metrics:
- Ticket metrics will update in real time as tickets are modified, rather than overnight.
