Academic Misconduct: Informal Resolution

Details

All informal resolutions of academic misconduct for graduate students must be reported to CGPS.  

  1. Review the Academic Misconduct Regulations, Section 3: Informal Resolution
  2. Complete an Informal Resolution form 
  3. Email the form to CGPS

Faculty/instructors may consult with the Academic Administrator in determining whether an informal resolution is be appropriate for the circumstances. The Academic Administrator for CGPS is the Associate Dean.
