Follow the steps below if you are unable to purchase share credits or receive a payment error such as “incorrect_zip”.
If the error is for “incorrect_zip”
1. Each line of the address you enter must be an exact match to what is listed on your credit card bill.
Here is an example of an address that does not match ("Pl" vs "Place") and will result in an "incorrect_zip" payment error:
Address according to credit card company:
118 Science Pl
Saskatoon SK S7N 5E2
Address listd in MyCreds:
118 Science Place
Saskatoon SK S7N 5E2
If you are unable to purchase share credits for another reason
1. Check to make sure you are using the latest version of the following browsers:
- Google Chrome
- Mozilla Firefox
- Safari
- Microsoft Edge
- Or Android or IOS for mobile browsers
2. Clear your browser:
- Log out of every window in the browser being used
- Clear browsing history, cache, and cookies
- Close the browser
- Reopen the same browser
- Only open MyCreds.ca
- Click "Login" in the top right corner
- Use the “Sign in with your Education Provider” button
- In the Institution field start typing “Sask” and then choose “University of Saskatchewan”
- Use the “CONTINUE” button
- Use your NSID and PAWS password to sign in on the USask Login page
- Click on your document
- Use the “+ SHARE CREDITS” button to purchase a share credit
- Enter your residential and billing address
- Enter your payment details
- The Total on the screen will indicate what your credit card is being charged
- Use the “PAY” button
- You should then have purchased a share credit
If this doesn't work, complete the first three steps again and use an incognito/private window to complete the remaining steps.

Email MyCreds@usask.ca and include the following information:
- Name and the version of the browser you are using
- Provide screenshots of all screens, including the URLs (website address). Do not include credit card information in the screenshots.
- If it is an “incorrect_zip” error, please provide confirmation that you have checked that the address and postal/zip code is correct and matches what your credit card company has on file for you.
