On Saturday, October 10th, 2026, TeamDynamix will be upgraded to version 12.3.
This release introduces several new features and enhancements designed to improve workflows, reporting, approvals and form functionality.
Improved Workflow Steps in the Client Portal
Workflow actions are now more streamlined within the client portal.

Workflow step actions have been moved from the separate Current Workflow Step page to a new Current Activities panel on the Ticket Detail page.
- Users will continue to have access to the same workflow information and functionality, but everything is now consolidated into a single view
- Existing links, including those contained in notification emails, will automatically redirect users to the Ticket Detail page.
Delegated Approvals
Users can now designate another individual to approve items on their behalf when they are unavailable.
- Client portal users and technicians can assign a delegated approver to review and approve requests during planned absences.
- Administrators can also configure delegated approvers for users who are unexpectedly unavailable.
Related Tickets
A new Related Tickets feature makes it easier to connect tickets without changing their structure.
- Technicians can relate tickets to one another without creating a parent/child hierarchy or changing either ticket's classification.
- A new Related Tickets tab on the Ticket Detail page displays all linked tickets.
- Related ticket data can be included in reports using the new Related Ticket Count and Related Tickets reporting columns.
Ticket to Project Relationships
Team members can relate tickets to a project, issue, risk or project task, so work tracked in a ticketing applications stays visible from the related project item and vice versa.
- New tabs or project sections are available on tickets, projects, project requests, issue, risks and tasks that show the relationship between tickets and project items.
- On all projects and project requests you can see all tickets related to the project/request and its component items.
- New columns are added to ticket and project report sources for reporting on ticket to PPM relationships.
Conditional Visibility for Static Content in Forms
Forms can now display informational content dynamically based on user selections.
- Static content can be shown or hidden based on responses to choice-based field within the same form.
- Administrators can configure visibility rules directly in the Form Builder.
- Content remains hidden until a matching selection is made.
Attachment-type Custom Attributes
A new attachment field type provides more flexibility when collecting files.
- Administrators can create purpose-specific file upload fields, such as identity verification documents, approval forms or supporting documentation.
- Attachment attributes support the same configuration options available for other custom attributes, including:
- Client visibility
- Attribute dependencies
- Protected Custom Attribute access controls
New Report Editor
The updated Report Editor introduces a more modern and user-friendly experience.
Collapsible layout
- Report configuration areas are organized into collapsible sections, so you can focus on the part you are editing.
- The editor also features updated styling and navigation.
Live preview
- A preview panel automatically updates as changes are made.
- Report results can be reviewed without saving or running the report first.
Change tracking
- Modifications are highlighted as they are made.
- Users can easily identify differences between the current draft and saved version before committed changes.
Bulk Actions in Reports
Bulk actions are now available directly from reports.
- Ticket and Asset reports allow enabling bulk action checkboxes when viewing the report.
- Bulk actions are supported in both the report results page and the dashboard view of a report grid.
- This feature is enabled by default on newly created reports. Existing reports must be updated manually to enable bulk actions.
